Location: International cities with above average rain fall.

The Need: Available transportation options are too expensive, too dirty, too toxic, too cold or wet, and do not provide fun and daily exercise.  Can eliminates insurance, fuel and parking costs.  4 Dry Pods can park in one typical auto-mobile parking space.

Marketing Strategy:
Press releases, Internet viral marketing, word of mouth, the bikes themselves will advertise.

Sales will be conducted online and with select regional bike shops and "green" stores.
